回顧自從2008年1月底冥王星行運到摩羯座，我們經歷了很多，我們看到全世界的政府取得巨大的權力，也掌握了巨大的稅收資源，也擁有龐大的債務，大政府中的管理階層越來越老，作法越來越傳統，由年長男性掌握的極權世界在今日大家習以為常，可是回到20多年前冥王星射手座的年代不是這樣的，那時候的國際交流正在蓬勃發展，我們可以自由地看到全世界的娛樂和藝術，大家開始學習外國語言和文化，體驗外國食物，娛樂產業一大堆的年輕藝人多金又成功，當時還有天王星行運水瓶座期間發生許多科技業重大突破，很多人因此大發財，整個世界像一場大型的派對。
第一次聽到ＷILLIS樂團的歌曲「我喜歡下雨天」(I Think I Like When it Rains)時就深深著迷於這股懷舊的藍調氛圍，現在正在美國田納西州納許維爾(Nashville)的持續奮鬥中的獨立樂團，由Murphy Billings、Glenn O'Steen、Will O'Steen、Edward Armstead和 Trey Murphy五位來自阿拉巴馬州的同一所學校的同學組成，雖然很多喜愛他們的聽眾表示，這首歌和英國樂團披頭四歌曲「Don't Let Me Down」有異曲同工之感，也有厲害的網友認為更像巴西民謠雙人組「Vinicius de Moraes & Toquinho」的70年代作品「妳在何方？」(Onde Anda Você)。無論如何這一切讓我想起童年時的家裡的偉士牌機車，還有上路時不用戴安全帽、毛毛細雨總是濕漉漉的臺北冬天、週一到五傍晚時候大家都在看楊麗花歌仔戲，街頭巷尾都有新開的港式燒臘店...
冥王星即將在明年(2024)再度進入水瓶座，我們會用五年以上的時間逐漸告別陳舊僵固的社會階級，我們可能會很容易塞車(因為大家都想有獨立空間)、我們可以期待每個人都有自己的房子，我們可以期待很多的微型公司的誕生，我們可能會歡迎更多獨立音樂冒出頭、我們可能會看到更多獨立電影和新的創作現身，我們可以期待前往太空旅行或海底探險變成今日的出國旅遊一樣容易，我們可以期待內向性格的人變成主流，我們可以期待由男性主導的專制獨裁政府瓦解，並且由女性領袖領導國家成為新風潮，有我們可能會看到更多新的國家誕生(尤其是天王星行運雙子座期間)。有一天我們可能會懷念冥王星留在魔羯座階級森嚴的可預測性，有一天我們也會忘記權力的危險，直到下一次冥王星回到開創星座...
